Rental terms – holiday home

Booking and payment

• A booking is only binding once we have confirmed it in writing.
• On confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the rent is payable within 7 days.
• The balance is payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is payable on confirmation.

Cancellation

• Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation 60–30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the full rent is retained.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am, unless otherwise agreed.
• The house may not be occupied by more people than stated.
• The house must be left clean unless final cleaning has been purchased.

Utilities and damage

• Electricity and water are charged according to meter readings on departure.
• The tenant is liable for any damage caused during the stay.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors.
